We regret to inform that Design your own-orders are custom made. After they have gone into production, you cannot cancel and / or return your order. Please note, that due to the nature of the delivery of wooden playground equipment, the direct costs for a return are estimated at a maximum of approximately € 150-,. Please ensure that the product is returned with all provided accessories, in its original condition and packaging, placed back on the pallet and ready for transportation. Any expenses incurred due to damage or loss during the return transport will be deducted from the refund amount.
We regret to inform that we cannot process your withdrawal request. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of delivery.
